Whatever the offer states, on sales attributed to your link within its cookie window. The rate and the window are on the offer and are the merchant’s to set.

A commission is held for the offer’s stated period so refunds land first, then becomes payable. A refunded or charged-back sale voids its commission — that is the money coming back out of the merchant’s account, not a penalty.

A network fee, where one is set on a merchant’s programme, is deducted from the commission before it reaches you rather than added on top of the merchant’s rate. It is zero by default, and every accrual records it as its own ledger line, so what was taken is never a matter of opinion.

Bidding on the merchant’s brand terms where the offer forbids it, cookie stuffing, anything that manufactures a click a person did not make, and any traffic source the offer prohibits. We void commissions from it, and we will say why.

Stop using the link. There is no exclusivity, no minimum and no notice. Commissions already earned and out of their hold period are still paid.

The rate, window and payment terms you publish are what you owe on an attributed sale. You can change them going forward; you cannot change them on sales already made.

Attribution depends on your site returning the click reference at checkout. If it does not, a publisher’s work is invisible and unpaid — installing and keeping that working is yours.

Billed monthly in advance through Stripe after any trial. Cancel whenever you like and it runs to the end of the period you paid for; we do not refund part-months.

Yours to decide, unless you set the offer to approve automatically. You may remove a publisher at any time, but commissions they have already earned are still owed.
